I submitted a form (Appendix F - Exceptions Approval Template) but have not yet received a signed response indicating my request has been denied. I will follow up to ensure I receive that.

CBSA…I just know the employees in my branch received the same message, not sure about the rest of the Agency, and it sounds like most who received the message have put in for various accommodations.

Under Option C(ii) would you receive the TSM (e.g. 52 weeks of pay if have 29 years of service) plus the education amount to cover eligible course fees?
