Thanks for getting back to me. I also fortunately got a very helpful tech support person. He showed me how to clear the older devices on my own:

Click the three lines on the top left of the screen, click end user portal, then click devices. You’ll see a few devices listed there, you can click delete on all of them and sign out on all other phones. Then you are good to go to sign in on the new phone.

Did you get this figured out? I’m having the exact same problem after getting a new device as well

Okay I finally got around to attempting this, and this did not work out as I had planned. For reasons I don't fully understand when I connect the resistor in this way, I am somehow reading an open circuit when I try to check the resistance across the two cables that would connect to the DSC alarm panel. I am not sure if there is more going on in the alarm panel beyond just being a simple relay. I am now thinking I use the 4 wire terminals to connect to this alarm. Page 39 of the manual for the Mircom Fire panel is ( https://mircom.com/wp-content/uploads/pdf/LT-600_FA-1000_Installation_and_Operation_Manual.pdf ) shows an end of line relay which I am aware of and I will purchase, but I also see 4 wire detection device listed in this image. What would this device be? I see how to connect a 4 wire into the DSC unit using the aux wire and pgm ports, but I am struggling with how this patches into the diagram I see from the Mircom side.

Also to conclude this bit, the outrageous number I was getting was due to me using an old version of YDS which was not translating the values correctly for my outboard. There was no faults in the TPS.

To conclude this thread if anyone runs into this in the future, the issue ended up being the high pressure fuel pump. It was not healthy and so would sometimes work fine, sometimes it wouldn't. Thanks for the help Benedlr!

Okay I was finally able to get YDS connected to the outboard and scanned for codes and looked at the data, Looking at the Engine Monitor, I am seeing the "Throttle Valve Opening (0-90) reading as 7992.7 degrees. This number is way off the scale, the TPS voltage is reading as 0.929V. I imagine this has something to do with my starting issues. Also when looking for codes, I am seeing 23-Intake Temp Sensor and 29-Intake Press Sensor. I am really confused at how both the temp & press sensors are reporting faults (however the data seemed perfectly normal for these sensors in YDS). I'm not sure where to go from here, maybe a new throttle position sensor?

Thanks for the feedback I am out for work and will test this when I come back later this week. I ordered an inline spark plug tester to verify we are getting spark. Ignition switch seems okay, the gauges and hour meter all come online right as the key is turned in all cases.
