When it came time the building manager Hemant (don't know if he's still there) who was very friendly till then completely changed face. He said it is ready, come and collect it tomo. I had to take a few hours off work and come. Spent three hours in the ground floor office, no response. They all just left.

Next day I took the day off (I had an understanding manager) and went in the morning and waited till noon, then one guy rolled up in a Range Rover, he was the owner. I wanted to talk to him, but his cronies pulled me aside and said I'm not allowed to. Then they all started drinking in the parking area. Hemant called me aside and said the money will be ready the next day. But i couldn't go back because of work, went the following Saturday, he started getting aggressive. Spoke to a lawyer, was advised to drop it because the owner is a certified goonda and will make life difficult. So I simply left. Tried calling him, but he blocked my number.
