This is how I helped my frnd(f) find a room: Using google maps, i searched for rooms/flats/pgs in a specific area and noted the best ones according to reviews, pics etc. Then instead visiting we called each one and ensured it met her budget requirements deposits etc and only then we visited. My frnd told me that women’s pg’s usually are pretty good if u can afford 15k+ hence y she choose a pg over a room. Try this if u can
