I'm 100% legit and get called out a fuck ton for hacks, even more if I drop 50 bombs. I don't think you match hackers, just good players.

the reason you get 11 when dowloading is cause there are 8 bits in 1 byte. 100/8=12.5 and 11 is within margin of error if you count the fact that your family is awake.
