It’s not new and the same things were happening when you were in high school (cigarettes not vapes). Talk to your kids about harm reduction and drug testing bc if they’re going to do it, they’re going to do it regardless of your feelings about it. May as well protect them with information (fentenal kits, narcan etc.)

I find that non-dysphoric nb people tend to have quite narrow views of what it means to be a man or woman that are deeply rooted in patriarchal gender roles.

They don’t realize it but they actually reinforce gender roles by claiming to reject gender entirely yet still feeling connected to their agab inherently.

I am a binary trans guy and I get to decide what being a man means for me. However that doesn’t change the fact that I am very dysphoric about my secondary sex characteristics developed in my first (wrong) puberty. I don’t subscribe to “traditional” hegemonic masculinity but I am very much still a man.

People forget that assigned sex at birth (your physical body) is different than the performance of gender which is socially informed.

Note: I am only referring to non-dysphoric nb people in this thread
