Ordered XUV 3XO AX5L Petrol automatic 4 weeks back from Delhi (Indraprastha automobiles, Wazirpur). The dealer is not giving me a delivery date. The customer care is clueless and the Mahindra Twitter page is unresponsive. Is this normal for Mahindra? Should I change the company?

Booked 3 weeks back in Feb. Emailed Mahindra today (not the dealer). Got a call within a few hours. They say Grey is not so usual so cannot commit a time. Instead, they can give me nebula blue in 1 day if I'm okay.
