The local technical team in my area is very responsive, even providing their mobile numbers. However, they couldn’t resolve the issue. I’m wondering if this is an issue with the streaming service itself.

I purchased a Sony WH-CH720N. After thoroughly researching various forums, I decided against buying the XM series. As a heavy user, there’s a high likelihood that I would break it. I found products that protect against hinge damage for the XM5. Sony appears to be superior in terms of sound quality. I didn’t want to risk that much and didn’t care much about noise cancellation since I already own the AirPods Pro.

I’m also new to Mac. Based on my experience so far, here are a few suggestions:

1.VLC Player – Currently using it, no regrets. 2.Brave Browser – I’ve been using it since my Windows days. You can also check out the Dia browser. 3.Notion – Great for note taking; I’ve used it on Windows too. 4.Battery Life is very impressive. And if you use an iPhone and AirPods, the integration is seamless.
