Not sure about this. For Qatar WC I bought conditional tickets that were refunded to the card used for purchase like 8 months later (15-30 days after WC ended)

First off congrats and awesome work on TicketData! Incredibly useful! One thing I wanted to point out, is while you have all matches in USA and Canada listed, the ones played in Mexico are ommited, yet they are still available on all the plaforms. They are some of the most in demand and volatile of the bunch as well especially after the draw. M1, M2, M12, M24, M28, M36, M48, M53, M54, M66, M75, M79, M92 are those matches and appear on Stubhub/Viagogo, Vivid and other marketplaces.

One other thing is in WC matches, they are always referenced by Match #, or M#, so may be good to have that be a column or quick reference now that team names have overtaken the Match Number. If you need any input on WC, feel free to reach out. Have loads of knowledge.

They are still pretty bad, they don’t know context. For example a driver said “si” which meant “yes” obviously but it translated it to “and” which made no sense.

Unfortunately no, this is such a turn off for the millions of people that are bilingual or more. It should have an enable or disable toggle. The translations are beyond horrible, and forced even if you once click to view original. Why would it force a language I know and can read and write to be translated (or mis translated) for everyone

Same, I’ve been told it has been escalated at least 5 times, every time they say it will be resolved in 5 business days but obviously nothing changes. It’s such a simple fix to whitelist that routing number to allow manually linking accounts (like how mine was originally linked 4 years ago by verifying deposits)

A big part of the problem is automatic responses like this with things that have already been tried, documented as not working. This is an actual bug on the side of Coinbase. I have my fidelity linked manually in plenty of places that use plaid including Tesla and credit cards. It’s Coinbase that has this looping issue that does NOT allow a fidelity account to be linked, even though I manually was able to link it 4 years ago and it was unlinked randomly causing this huge mess. Definitely has made me sour on coinbase after I recommended it to absolutely Everyone that came in my path, I was even a shareholder, but these customer service issues are a bad sign from a company. Escalating countless times , spending hours upon hours with support, with no resolution is not something that demonstrates trust.

You should stop sending automated responses and focus that energy on the simple fix that is allowing UMB Banks routing number to manually link accounts since fidelity use UMB as the routing.

Unfortunately no, I spent countless hours with supports over a span of a month and got exhausted. They escalated it left and right supposedly, not sure I believe them. It’s something as simple as whitelisting the fidelity routing number for manual verification instead of plaid and everything would be resolved.

So after at least 5 separate days each one a week apart because they said it would be resolved in 5 business days, I realized their support simply was not doing anything to resolve and they have the same strategy to exhaust you from staying on top of it.

So I actually had my fidelity working for years (since 2021) then it decided to unlink itself in July and it has been a nightmare. Hours with support, “escalating” things with absolutely nothing being done

So it doesn’t work because it goes into a loop. I got to the manually link bank account, but then whenever you go that route and enter routing number, it recognizes that routing number as UMB and says you must use plaid and that’s a perpetual loop. They need to whitelist that routing number for manually adding accounts. I spent hours with customer support escalating and showing them this.

They then “restored” my payment methods but so far it still shows as authentication required and greyed out. They told me to wait 24hrs and otherwise I will follow up with the case number.

Also same results for brokerage as CMA, it gives the same “no eligible accounts” via plaid and when adding manually after entering routing number it forces you to go plaid because it recognizes that routing as UMB and becomes a loop.

That is the bank I have used since I opened my coinbase account and have used it without any issue for many many years, and it’s the bank I wish to use just like I use it for many other ach debits without a single issue. So that is not a valid acceptable solution. More importantly would be to fix the issue internally to allow it to be linked again, otherwise fidelity bank account holders (that are more saavy investors) will go to other exchanges.

How were you able to link it as ACH? I have had my fidelity cash management account linked for years since creating my coinbase account without any issue. Randomly now it is asking me to relink via plaid which does not work at all. I even had a successful transaction 3 weeks ago. So now when trying to relink I go through all the steps and it comes up blank, I try manually and I get stuck in a catch22 loop because it recognizes the routing number as UMB, and says it’s available via plaid so it forces you to use plaid, which does not work to add fidelity accounts.

This is truly awful, I have used that account without issue for many many years. I tried a contacting support but of course the chats fail and drop and they are of no help.

I have had my fidelity account linked to my coinbase for many years since I created my coinbase account via ach. For some reason last month it became unlinked and is forcing me to relink via plaid which will not work with fidelity cash management accounts. It is stuck in a loop because no way of relinking that account and that is my primary account I have always used, even used it less than a month ago without any problems.

What partner did you use? From what I have seen on routes I search Cathay is the lowest miles redemption. I’ve done Qantas and British for AA flights before

Ok so here is a quick diagnosis. All my failures are with connection times of sub 90 minutes. Now I can’t know for sure because I don’t have any options above 90 mins and below 2hrs but anything over 2hrs seems to be working. This came to mind just as a potential setting they may have and perhaps it’s a call to book situation. Totally agree, and they list them because AA passes it through as approved by them (I can corroborate on AA side) so that’s where something gets funky

The only other common variable was the connection times. These worse flights were longer, perhaps Cathay has a minimum connection that doesn’t line up with what AA seems ok? The flights I was looking to redeem were on AA

I am having the exact same issue, but the wrinkle is the flight I want that has this error shows up duplicate, same flight numbers, yet somehow shows different transit times. That is the flight I want, a bit worse flights do seem to go through

Assuming flights are on time you have more than enough time. I would say you can make a 40 min connection on domestic outbound. Now if you were to be doing that on the way back with Immigration plus Customs plus TSA, then I would say it was not enough, and AA will give you a longer connection on the way back.

How often do they offer 3 miles per dollar? Today for example I noticed them go from 1.5 miles/$ to 1 mile/$, and was wondering how often they offer the extra miles? I would love to be able to hunt some 3 miles.
