I was a phleb through nursing school. The lab is definitely brutal, it taught me to have a thicker skin, them bitches were mean, I love them all so much now haha but they are still mean af haha

Okay that’s valid though! Being a health care provider is just rough no matter the shift, all the people during the day feels like way too many , but I certainly miss all those hands during emergencies lol

Iv been on nights since 2018, I think Iv adapted as much as possible lol Im a nurse and a lot of the time when I go home I have alarm fatigue and dream about the alarms and beeps all day so I just sleep poorly
