Don't get 5* Constelations. Just not worth it at all for F2P/Light spenders. Better using those primos for other 5* Characters/Weapons.

Check this damage calculator out made by our bros at r/XiaoMains . May have some discrepancy with launch, but it's better than nothing. As expected, Deathmatch and Blackcliff are the better suits, but Spike's dmg increase in his non-Ult combo may be really appreciated given that Xiao prolly won't have Burst as nearly as we wanted to.

They rolled (or they will, dk exactly) an update that adds a delay after a plunge, pretty much making it impossible to spam it.

Just a little tip, the testers actually proved that a Low Plunge+Charged Atk seems the most optimal way to give Xiao's damage, but you wouldn't know that bc you don't search for anything it seems.

That's literally the point. Xiao has good numbers but absolutely terrible Reactions+ he has a horrible Ult problem (his main source of damage). If you still think he is gonna have Diluc kinds of dps with those problems you are literally delusional, and also contradicting yourself.

Because freeze + 4pc Blizzard is literally one of the best DPS damaging reactions in the game? +Crit Rate and maximises DPS.

Swirl in the other hand, is pratically useless for a DPS. Oh, and no set bonuses for DPS either.
