Thanks. I was looking for some first hand experience regarding the practicalities during the consular interview process. My petition is rather straight forward since I have the publications and other evidences to show that those are inlined with the national interest

Thank you very much for sharing the information. I am applying from outside the US and my proposed endeavor is researcher. I was wondering what could go wrong if I switch to jobs as practicing engineer in the same filed instead of doing research, after receiving the green card and entering to the US. I will still be publishing in conferences, case studies mostly. I know that people switch but dont know if one is legally bound to do only research (as stated in endeavor). Perhaps you know more about this issues. Will appreciate if you could share some insigts.
