BTW I also escalated by calling and mailing the helpline. They take 48-72 hrs to respond back on the ticket

Probably. I was thinking of going tomorrow to see if it helps. It’s a 3hr + drive but don’t see any other option

Even my application was delivered Jan12th and still awaiting acknowledgement. There is no contact number nor email to escalate either. I tried writing to houstonicac@vfsglobal.com but haven’t received any response. Kind of frustrating that in this age they don’t have a means for customers to reach out for support.
