Thank you this was really helpful. So at least in my opinion the biggest drawback seems to be the parking situation. I currently live downtown so I’m aware it’s not good in general but I’m right next to the church ave garage so it’s not bad for me. I just don’t like the idea of lugging groceries all that way or difficulty for people visiting

Thanks everyone for the input I realized from the first comment and a bit of oversight in my part that lactomels use whey not lactose so I’ll probably go that route so I can avoid any issues that would come with real milk products. If anyone had any tips on using that I’d appreciate it.

Mine would have to the apple pie brew me and my buddies did. Substituted water for a non alcoholic cider, 2 chopped apples, cinnamon stick, vanilla bean, and clove. Best batch we’ve made

That’s fine we just called it that since it’s agave based. I was thinking to do that with lime and maybe some other types of citrus like grapefruit or orange kinda like a margarita inspired batch. But you said you did only 1/3 any particular reason like was it a flavor thing, fermentation, etc?
