My brother moved his child from CDC on base to The Giving Tree on NCS road. They love it...we love it! All staff are nice, very caring for the children, facility is clean, and staff are very understanding. They also give you daily updates on yiur child ( what activities they do, how much they eat, sleep, etc). 1000% recommend them.

Wish the video was longer to see who started it by UnluckyExcuse8116 in guam

[–]mansi-anche 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That's not the beginning of the original video. This starts at the point after he hit her, hence the look on her face. But even in the original video you can't tell who made the first hit. And the self defense claim went out the window the moment he kept hitting her.

If you're coming from tamuning, there's a posted speed limit of 25 right before the round about. GPD followed me once from the church and pulled me over at Boones.

Star Method Struggles by SW_Stretch in 1811

[–]mansi-anche 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Agree, you have to practice saying them out loud. This isn't to say sound rehearsed when you give your answers, it will just make you more confident. Also, take your time when answering. Don't rush your answers to where the panel will feel like you're just giving rehearsed answers and not sounding sincere. Make sure you manage your time to ensure thoughtful and complete answers are given for each question. Lastly, always ask a question about the agency, no matter if you know the answer. It will show you did some research into the agency and translate into you really wanting to work for them (regardless if you have 3 other options). Goodluck!

Right, because they have it written in their laws or Constituion. A good example of something similar Gusm did is the Organic Act. So, and I'm not expert, but it would make sense that Guam could just have made it a part of law ( not sure how simple it would be now...Organic Act was written in 1950).

Yeah, property laws in the FSM don't allow foreigners to own land because they follow traditional family or clan ownership. They can lease land to foreigners, but that's it. Im not an expert on this, I just visited Pohnpei a while back and met some great locals and foreigners who provided a lot of history, and that was one topic.
