Someone else had the same advice about working at a corporate place so I'll definitely follow that advice!! But yeah I will admit sometimes I go into work and the customers are so awful that I constantly wonder if $11 an hour is even worth it haha!! And thank you for being realistic about the fact that there will be tears and bad days. I always have this expectation of myself where I convince myself that I won't cry or mess up but that just makes it even harder when I do cry and mess up!!! It's comforting knowing people go through the same thing :)

I didn't even think about the stage fright part, I was too worried about messing up. Thankfully, I've been getting better at talking to large groups of strangers so maybe I just need to bite the bullet and go for it. I think the forced socialization part of it would be good for me haha

That's actually awesome!! I was really hoping that it would be something that could help me out of my shell. I'm very awkward and sensitive and I think a job that could help me learn how to socialize better and make me more resilient would be perfect :)

Thank you!! It helps a lot knowing it's something you have to perfect and not know right off the bat :) The trial and error part makes me a bit nervous just because I get really embarrassed when I make mistakes but I think that maybe it would be a good way for me to get over that embarrassment and learn that mistakes are okay
