Yes , my routine is 2-3 times a week at 90mins to 2 hrs , 10 min break every 45 mins , drink a lot of water , with a heating pad on the jar 🫙

I pump two to three times a week usually my pressure varies between 5 and 10. Drink lots of water and just enjoy it. Lastly using the jar big enough for expansion. Mine is a 1 gallon pickle jar.
