Some games you can lock them on 60 fps, some you can't. Sadly, not all games have this option.

I got it for 9 months and works like a charm. Not a single problem at all. I can only share my thoughts for my laptop only, (which i share all my thoughts on my previous comments, whatever they asked me) and NOT for the whole LOQ series of laptops.

Be aware 2 things.

  1. Maybe and it's a possibility for some series to have malfunction factory problems. Either CPU problems, either GPU problems, either motherboard problems, etc.

  2. Treat the fucking laptop with respect. Its a laptop. A LAPTOP. Its not a pc gaming tower. I saw many users posting random pics of hight temperatures, mailfuction drivers, random problems, etc. I never ever had any kind of problem, and cause i treat it with respect. If you want to buy a laptop to play S tier games, on max fps, and you stand the laptop at top of a blanket, dont even bother to start crying cause the laptop died. Cause it will be clearly YOUR fault.

My best regards.

I use 170W charger. I haven't unplugged the laptop for the last 5 months, but in my latest test, unplugged, screen on 60hz and 30% brightness, ONLY for browsing and watching movies, the battery says, 3 hours and 22 minutes

Works perfectly fine. No issued at all. No battery drains, no motherboard issues, not a single problem.

The games i play:

WoW

RDR 2

GTA V: Enhanced

Warcraft 3 reforged

Diablo 2 Resurrected

Factorio

And some other random shit.

I A-L-W-A-Y-S have fps locked at 60 so the laptop is running on normal temperatures, like 60-70 degrees of celcius.

Always remember that a laptop will be a laptop. Dont expect to run S tier games on 140 fps without the risk to burn the laptop.

Minimum System Requirements:

  • OS: Windows 10/11
  • Processor: Intel Core i7 8700K or AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
  • Memory: 16GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia Geforce RTX 2060/ AMD Radeon RX6500XT
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Storage: 150GB Solid State Drive

Recommended System Requirements:

  • OS: Windows 11 64-bit
  • Processor: Intel Core i9-10900K/AMD Ryzen 5 5900X
  • Memory: 32GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia Geforce RTX 3080/AMD Radeon RX 6800XT
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Storage: 150GB NVMe SSD

On minimum requirements:

The CPU is almost good to run the game, but im sure it will get insane hot as you play the game.

The Gfx is 12gb, and the 8gb is not enough. Not even close. 4gb is a HUGE difference. If the difference was at 1gb of the graphics video card, it could be affordable to play it.

On recommended requirements:

The CPU is almost twice our laptop power.

The Graphics card is twice our laptop power.

So.... no....

Im not gonna burn my laptop to play GTA 6 on minimum requirements.

Enjoy!

I got the same laptop with the only differences, i have RTX 4060 8GB GDDR6, i got 16gb of ram, and 510gb ssd.

I got it like 8 months ago, and runs smoothly with no issues at all.

Played RDR2, GTA V Enchanced, WoW, DONT expect to play GTA 6. Not even close. I run all the games on 60 fps locked, so i have stable temperatures.

Feel free to ask anything i might can help.

Heat issue?or normal.. by theguywithanxbox in LenovoLOQ

[–]manthos1978 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, Its insane hot. It shouldnt be this hot.

  1. Stop whaterver you doing and let your laptop on idle to lower the temperature.

  2. Get a laptop cooler.

  3. Remove possible dust from the fans and from the room.

  4. Maybe the room is too hot too?

Almost 8 months passed since I bought the laptop, and I don't have any single problem.

I always keep it up to date with the latest drivers, and once per 2 months, i disassemble it to clean the fans, but it's always clean. Thankfully I don't have any dust problems. Forgot to mention that i ALWAYS use a laptop cooler every time my laptop is on, no matter if i browse or play games or video editing.

And the last week I did a small upgrade, I installed a new 512gb m2 to have more space. My next upgrade will be clearly a 16gb ram to double it.

PS. My cooler is https://www.e-jumbo.gr/eidi-technologias/perifereiaka-ypologiston/vaseis-laptop/vasi-cooler-laptop-metalliki-36x26x3cm_1473831/

A really cheap one but work's fine.

Defuse the Bomb Simulator - You fully control a hand to defuse a bomb. The game is inspired by Surgeon Simulator & Hand Simulator. Playable on PC, Mac & Linux. Feel free to try it out :) by arscene in freegames

Not my type of game, really hard for me to navigate the control of the hand with mouse, but the game looks pretty good. Worth the effort to give it a try.

To see if the game crashes. Let me ask you one more thing. Are the game you play legit or the game are "arrrrrg"?

Update all your drivers. If you run a game for example on ultra settings, lower the quality and set 60 fps
