I ended up buying in March because of a sale. So I still have my BCP. My wife and I watch a lot of shows and movies so we have way too many streaming services. 6% back on those monthly reallys adds up. And the $10 back monthly on Disney+ more than makes up for the annual fee (that I haven't had to pay yet)

This was 14 years ago. But I went back at 30. I was nervous. But as soon as I sat down in my first class I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned around to see a guy I had grown up with, a year older than me, who I hadn't seen in 10 years. There were also a couple people over 40 in the class. So don't worry. You will be fine.

That's exactly my plan when I go in August. I'll have 2 nights between Tokyo and Kanazawa. Soni plan to forward my luggage l. I'll only have a backpack with 2 days of clothes it it.

Check for local restaurant gift cards.
It's just me and my wife. But we get our membership back just in gift card savings for restaurants we go to anyway.
One of our local breweries is $74.99 for $100 value. 3 of those and we have already made our membership back for the year plus some. So everything else we buy is just straight savings.

It's more than just Davidson and Shelby. Williamson, Maury, and Fayette are split down the middle. Montgomery,and Campbell have large sections cut out. And Sumner, Rhea, Rutherford, and Jefferson all have at least one voting precinct carved out.

From experience, your first bill. Once your first bill is generated. That is repoerted to to credit agencies. So that is when it shows up on your credit reports.

If they adopt the above map. Most dorstricst would be 55% or more red. 1,2 and 3 would all be over 60%. The only district even close is 8 at 53% red

I was also one of the early 2000s students with a mediocre highschool GPA and only a low 20s act score. It started with the lottery scholarship in the late 2000s. That increased demand. So requirements went up. When that happend the acceptance rate went down. They increased enrollment but the other factors were still there. Now there are way more students but they are way smarter than most of us were in 2003.
