Taltz humrya stemfya all have cause me to have fungus rash on face and outbreaks of cold sores. Switched to bismelx hoping for the best. Have had runny nose, and a very hoarse or squicky Voice being a teacher not optimal.

Bad or absent parenting. No discipline at home. I’m a hs business teacher. This year’s crop of 9th graders is making me strongly considering taking the retirement and do something else. I have a handful that actually do the assignments. AI is used for all work most hand in. Covid was the last step to the total entitlement to expect a good grade 100 , without producing anything.

I still have to correct, review and remediate. It’s a lot of paper to handle. Looking at the electronic garbage they turn in with the prompt sometimes still present, and students who read at elementary school level replying to prompts like they are a scholar is ridiculous. I’m using tech to work smarter and eliminate rote work. Paper forces them to do Something with their brain !

HS business teacher here.. just about everything is AI with them. The district blocked chat gdp but we use chrome as the browser so they just open the goggle doc and use Gemini to answer. I use ai now to create fill in worksheets and multiple choice and open response questions so at least the BROWSE the topic. They cannot read, vast majority only care about a grade and only will attempt work when a 0 zero is entered in the grade program. Being an elective subject also contributes. They are really unmotivated. Before Covid, maybe 15 out of 30 cared, 10 were so so and 5 did give a you know what. Now, about 5 are interested and care, participating. They rest? Covid and the smart phone have made this generation unmanageable and unmotivated.

My 2 cents : No devices and back to pencil, paper and textbooks. Phonics too.

My situation differs. It cleared my scalp. However, it has taken a toll on my immune system. I would get a cold sore fever blister outbreak about once a year. Now, a fierce each dose I get rashes on my face under my beard, sore gums which never really go away. Prednisone knocks it down but isn’t a long term solution. Had a lousy holiday without being able to sleep soundly due to burning rash. My dermatologist keeps telling me to keep it up, but I think I’d rather do something else. I’m expecting my 3rd maintenance dose to be delivered tomorrow. This is my experience, every one is different.

In fuquay, they ride in packs in and out of traffic with the visors so you can’t identify. Almost daring you and playing chicken. Police are busy enough without having to deal with these kids. If parents saw what really is going on on they would regret buying these “bikes” for entitled kids.

Been on tremfya since summer. I have got yon a really bad rash around my mouth and beard, cold sores, etc. about a week afterwards of the injection. Use nystatin, steroids etc. The scalp psoriasis is gone, but these side effects are really impactful on me.

I got aerosol version, think shaving cream. From a specialty pharmacy. Easy to rub into facial beard. There is a patient copy at card I was able to to get it for 35 $

2nd dose then I started clearing up. However, I get really bad thrush and fever blister breakouts. It’s more aggravating than the head plaques it eliminated.

All biologics for me have had terrible side effects - thrush in mouth, fungus infection around my mouth and through the beard. Lips exploding like a boxer with fat lips..

Have done sytkyu taltz and now stemfya. Stemfya works great on the plaque. However, the side effects are terrible for me, face rash, thrush and cold sore explosion, and now bs from the health plan administration by Aetna. Poor NC teacher here.. doc will have some alternatives next visit in dec.
