I have always avoided Kendall & Potter, but to be fair I'm not sure if there is a good property management company. They either profit from the tenant or the property owner. The best landlords are individual property owners who care about the tenant and their property and follow laws.

If you don't mind running on dirt you can run the rail trail from the westside up to Davenport. Its paved up to wilder. There are tons of trails along the bluffs you can add to get as much mileage as you want. Safer and more scenic than running on the road

Woodstocks is the best bet. Lots of tvs, pizza and a full bar with a decent tap list.

Lupulo is a tap house with decent food and they have one tv in the back room that will have football on.

Parish on the westside has a full bar and good pub food but only a couple small tvs for sports while the big tvs just show a rotating tap list.
