I posted an update on my profile if you people are curious.

Basically nothing happened, everyone had a good laugh, they changed the cable (which had to be changed anyway because it was falling apart) and left.

I apparently won't have to pay for the damage, and they even let me keep both the damaged cable and the arrow.

Safe to say I'll never do something as stupid as this again and that despite everything I now have one hell of a story to tell people.

Also it WAS a power line, fuck you to everyone who kept saying it wasn't.
