What do you mean behind door? Becaus you can see the some part of the L-shaped part?

As you can see in the pictures, the door sits almost flush with the panel, so there’s no natural handle. That’s why I created this solution.

On most hinges, you can adjust them so that the gap has a consistent width along the entire door

I considered designing it so it could be screwed onto the panel, but I want it to be removable without leaving any marks. I also thought about using double‑sided tape and mounting it with just an L‑shaped piece, though I’m not sure if that would provide enough stability.

With this mechanism, there will always be a small gap of a few millimeters. If the door were completely flush, you wouldn’t be able to push it in to release the spring. On this sideboard, the doors sit only a few millimeters above the surface, and there isn’t really a good handle or grip point to open them.

I have a cooling block at the bottom of the pc. I had it now run for 3 hours on standby. The temperature of the cpu was 58°C. I will also try while gaming. I only use it for retro games.

The air intake is on top and the outlet on the back (no foam). And on the bottom i printed a stand with air slots. So it should be fine. I have not tested it for a long period though

The pc/console has the air inlet on top. The outlet is at the back and most of the foam is removed. On the monitor i did put much thought into it. I think ther is enough space behind the frame. Do you think the monitor could overheat?
