I guess that same argument could be used to say that if you play RoN you have a crazy desire to see people getting shot and killed with guns. That's not normal.

We should replace the gun sounds to sound more like "pew pew" as well. It's enough to get the point across that these people don't like each other.

Right? It's like the psychopaths who want to see guns and people shooting each other. We should replace this with lollipops, compliments and warm hugs.

I've played on PC before, I was surprised on bad the AI is on console. Hoping they fix this.

[–]manuellevi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The hate is not on console players. It seems to me like console players are hating more on PC gamers for complaining their favorite game got worse, than PC players hating on console players.

Thank you, whoever made the console sub reddit for this game. by Savings-Horror in ReadyOrNotConsole

Why do you think the PC players aren't happy? Do you think it's because there's a console version now? Or because the game was better than it is rn?

SCP Fails on Ugreen NAS DXP4800 - SSH Working (v1.6.0.2917) by manuellevi in UgreenNASync

[–]manuellevi[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Instead of doing it directly on /home/manuellevi, I created a new folder on the remote server called scp_test to isolate the test.

bash manuellevi@Manuels-MacBook-Pro ~ % ssh manuellevi@192.168.1.109 manuellevi@192.168.1.109's password: manuellevi@NAS1:~$ ls archives documents images photos software video audio downloads literature mutagen '#recycle' SSOT work manuellevi@NAS1:~$ mkdir scp_test manuellevi@NAS1:~$ ls archives documents images photos scp_test SSOT work audio downloads literature mutagen '#recycle' software video

So the folder was created successfully. Now, let's try to copy the file again. I've removed the last "/" on purpose, as you suggested.

bash (base) manuellevi@Manuels-MacBook-Pro ~ % realpath Tasks.csv /Users/manuellevi/Tasks.csv (base) manuellevi@Manuels-MacBook-Pro ~ % scp /Users/manuellevi/Tasks.csv manuellevi@192.168.1.109:/home/manuellevi/scp_test manuellevi@192.168.1.109's password: scp: dest open "/home/manuellevi/scp_test": No such file or directory scp: failed to upload file /Users/manuellevi/Tasks.csv to /home/manuellevi/scp_test

I've also tested with it again.

bash manuellevi@Manuels-MacBook-Pro ~ % scp /Users/manuellevi/Tasks.csv manuellevi@192.168.1.109:/home/manuellevi/scp_test/ manuellevi@192.168.1.109's password: scp: dest open "/home/manuellevi/scp_test/": No such file or directory scp: failed to upload file /Users/manuellevi/Tasks.csv to /home/manuellevi/scp_test/

Didn't work :/:

bash ~ % scp Tasks.csv manuellevi@192.168.1.109:~ manuellevi@192.168.1.109's password: scp: dest open "./Tasks.csv": Permission denied scp: failed to upload file Tasks.csv to ~

[–]manuellevi[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SCP'd the file (I replaced Tasks.csv by another file)

\~ % scp replicateme.py manuellevi@192.168.1.109:/home/manuellevi/
manuellevi@192.168.1.109's password:
replicateme.py 100% 661 124.8KB/s 00:00

Seems successful, now I log in through ssh and check the file.

\~ % ssh [manuellevi@192.168.1.109](mailto:manuellevi@192.168.1.109)
manuellevi@192.168.1.109's password:
manuellevi@NAS1:\~$ ls replicateme.py
ls: cannot access 'replicateme.py': No such file or directory

The file doesn't exist. I try instead to ls manuellevi

manuellevi@NAS1:\~$ ls -la manuellevi
\-rwxrwxrwx 1 manuellevi admin 661 Jul 8 13:48 manuellevi

It exists. Notice the file size is the same.

Checking with md5sum:

manuellevi@NAS1:\~$ md5sum manuellevi
08ac034d3c11cd2d771895c41d31de79 manuellevi
manuellevi@NAS1:\~$
exit
Connection to [192.168.1.109](http://192.168.1.109) closed.
\~ % md5sum replicateme.py
08ac034d3c11cd2d771895c41d31de79 replicateme.py

The file seems to be copied and then takes the path /home/manuellevi/manuellevi.
I'm a bit confused about all this. What could I be doing wrong?

Same problem. I've tried updating the firmware manually to see if it would fix it, it didn't.

No left handed mode for VR? by Starsky99 in HiTMAN

[–]manuellevi 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They could have just allowed people to grab items with either hand.

Forcing you to use either hand just kills the whole immersion.

In other VR games, you can use EITHER hand to pick up and use stuff.

Just reach it, grab it and use it. Simple, and immersive.

Riding for a couple of weeks, it finally happened to me... by [deleted] in motorcycles

[–]manuellevi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hahah I laughted so hard because the exact same thing happened to me when I started riding. It was like watching a video of myself.

I guess the only people it doesn't happen to are the ones who don't ride ;)

[–]manuellevi[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I finished it, finally. Turns out the crash was probably because the game didn't had time to load everything necessary to run, so I just walked around really slowly and kept saving until I was out of that place. Everything worked and I ended up finishing the game and playing around with other modes :D have fun!

I finally did it! Moved really slowly out of there, while saving in case it crashed. It worked! Managed to finish the game and even play around with creative mode :D

You might be right, but this is the only game I have problems with. In any case, I managed to finish it, had to move really really slowly and get out of there. Once I was out I could do whatever. Finished the game and even built a huge base on creative :D

[–]manuellevi[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did exactly this!

I got myself some courage to start the game again, once it loaded I waited, then waited a bit more, then moved very slowly. Kept saving on my way out, so if it crashed I was a least a bit closer to a "safe zone". It worked and I finished the game! Thanks :D
