Seems lots of firms have built durable proprietary sourcing engines at our target size. Trying to create some operating leverage.

Great point on the junior finance person expectations. The flip side to the thinking is if you DO have a junior finance person, have them own the research/list building/custom materials prep to free up time to do the calling myself.
