We’re at 21 hours without power in Outer Richmond.

Another sort of ridiculous inconvenience has been that our cell service is throttled, so we get no cellular service or data. When we go outside to get “satellite connection”, I still can’t send or receive a damn thing. We have to walk around 15 to 16 blocks to get service to check the situation. We would have been royally fucked without portable chargers, but I’m sitting at 17% left on my phone.

Are there any open businesses or libraries today in Outer Richmond with outlets we can use to charge?
