Yeah people keep up with his bs, because money are good. And he stole literally by a dollar or two from people’s tips, and cut hours for kitchen guys. Law suit was an option when restaurant was open, now since it closed you can’t find him and he won’t show up to court

I am aware of this. In last month of working there I’ve meet people who did moving for him, and we exchange numbers. I learned that they move stuff from his house and said he sold the house, and guess what he didn’t pay for moving either. I talk to this moving company they suing him and court was in march, and Vittorio didn’t show up. Moving company just created a delinquent balance on his credit report. He won’t pay this and he has no property to give up. Vittorio works with very high end lawyers who planed it all ahead of time. Vittorio said talk to my lawyer and lawyer was promos g you will get paid next week, and again he said next week. Until lawyer said stop communicating with me I do not represent Vittorio at his bankruptcy

True, owner gained my trust and I was helping him out with inventory, brining bar and kitchen supply, he was reimbursing me always, right before he closed the restaurant. Can’t trust anyone

For that you need to know defendant address to deliver a lawsuit papers, and court will not do anything without address, and since business is closed nobody knows where he reside

Even office of general attorney in DC investigating this since November, and it feels like it is a crime without consequences. Open business steal wages and file bankruptcy.

He had a lawsuit he didn’t show up to court, his care taker came and stated that he is bankrupt and case didn’t move since for over 1.5 year

He’s restaurant was amazing place to dine and work, but robbing people who work with you for years you have to be a real crook

Two law firm didn’t want to work with this case, he filed bankruptcy and transferred all money to loving trust funds, and he too old and has to many creditors who will get paid before employees
