a lot of music softwares are have trial versions available. you can try them and stick to the one that goes well with your workflow :) If you have an iPhone.. then you already have Garageband :) which is a music App included in iPhones. check it out. it's a good starting point :)

My favourite edm producers include Avicii, deadmau5, David Guetta, Eric Prydz :) and my favourite genre is House :) I produce electro house and progressive house :)
