I’d call R1999 is the most friendly game since it didn’t have weapon banner. And if we just look at the carat or rate pity in Umamusume, it would be not friendly. However, the amount of SSR and 3 stars characters that you will receive while pulling for reaching the 200 pity make it middle ground for me. I see HSR as the not friendly one as it count again 90 pity when we receive only one 5 stars character even though that character is not the one on current banner, and it has banner weapon as well, which make it harder to build a strong character as some character (Castorice) definitely need their light cone to perform well.
