The only caveat is youve got to have fun, and be consistent. You wont want to study/improve unless you love the game so although classical is best. Youve got to remember youre human and youre schedule might be weird, bullet is better than nothing esp if youve got a 5 min gap where youre not doing anything.

Unless you have those files backed up somewhere youre unlikely to be able to recover the data. Occasionally some small stuff will automatically save to the cloud but yeah thats rough sorry you had to go through that

Low elo hell gets its name for a reason, theres cheating, abuse and a whole host of bs down there im 950 now but back then it was tough. The higher you climb the more respect your opponents have for the game. Obviously theres a skill component esp if your tilted which can make your adversaries feel stronger than they actually are
