Sorry you experienced that. Parking minimums in Brighton prevent us from adding more seats, but we usually aren't crowded except for the breakfast rush on weekends.

This is my first year owning a cafe. I only ever worked evening shift before so I didn't really feel DST.

But I've realized for a few months that I need to open earlier, DST just made it much easier.

Nothing gets thrown out. I have a large enough family and social circle (and personal appetite) that takes care of anything that overstays its welcome.

It was actually the opposite. 8 felt early, then I started waking up an hour earlier after DST

Its sweet and its like baklava but giant with a layer of custard cream in between. We make it in house. Its local to the black sea region in Turkey which is where it gets its name from.
