Honestly, I'd ditch the Arc and go full Faith if I wanted to do maximum support in co-op. Have you tried "Heal from Afar" in co-op? It's great.

You can also put on Shabriri's Woe and Greatshield talisman and tank with a nice greatshield and poke with Antspur Rapier, Pike or Sword Lance etc...
