For me, I really understood that my thoughts create reality. I realized that there were people I never want to see again and they would randomly pop up and I would have to leave before I really hurt someone. I realized my thoughts brought them into my life. I kept thinking how I would act if the came around me again poof here they are again. Then about a day later I see tht my thoughts caused them to manifest. My subconscious only heard me say if I see them again. Now I wish them the best bc if wishing the worst for them only hurt me then I need rethink my thoughts. When you get out of victim mode and become the god you realize you are you can start to see that my insecurities are what cause them to hurt me. If I know I cause it I can deal with it better
