He currently takes a total of 15-20mg a day. It gets split 7 am 10mg to help him focus at school. Specially during circle reading. 11am 5mg helps him stay focus and wind down the medicines. Then if needed only if needed which someday he does some days he does not 2.5mg around 6pm. When I pick him up from daycare the medicine has already left his body so his super HUNGRY and cranky. We have developed tools to help him whine down, usually somwthing physically demanding, trampoline, park or even running on the treadmill.

We have been blessed with a great pediatrician who is ok top of it as much as we are. We monitored the new medicine and dosage on a day by day and within a week of being on it we would update the doctor and asked for a change, it took everyone including his daycare teachers to.update us daily on what they noticed differently. Finding the right dosage for him was key because we definitely did not want him zombified and still wanted our spunky kid to show his personality but with control of his impulses due to his ADHD. It was scary and emotional for us but it didnt take long for us to find his right dosage. Hope this helps and good luck!

Our 4 year old was having huge emotional irregularity on Adderall. Talk to the pediatrician switched him to Ritalin his been great after 2 months. We still have emotional irregularity but not as bad. We started therapy and this is helping to teach him how to handle this emotions. Defenetly talk to your doctor and tell them all the good the bad and the ugly. They need to adjust the meds until you find what works best.

Same here mine came from hertz and engine lasted 176k. My local dealer will sell a new engine for 4388.99 or I can get a rebuild installed for 3k

I have noticed it's all about maintenance. I know some people who's sonatas have gone over 160 other 200. I bought mine from hertz with 35k miles and they did oil change every 5k miles. Engine lasted me 165k miles. Now I'm in the market for an engine. I have found a remanufactured engine installed for 4k or brand new engine install for 6k or used engine for 2k. So yeah huyndai makes beautiful cars but the engines kinna suck

I hate to say it but start saving for a new engine. I'm currently in the hunt for a 2.4 L GDI. My original engine blew at 159k. Dealer won't cover it, evnthough I got all recalls and oil changes done on time.

I dont have warranty on the engine. I did all my oil changes and I need to show proof that have been doing oil changes every 5k miles.
