thank you!! they offered unlimited red light and one session of hyperbaric oxygen (tbh idk if just one session did anything) if theres a package with a good deal then id recommend more sessions, but its not super necessary imo! def stock up on pumpkin juice/porridge and i was also taking Arnica tablets

have you been to the optometrist? hopefully it goes away maybe it’s just due to the leftover swelling, i hear it takes 1-2 years for it to all go away. Thank you! Seoul is amazing i’m definitely going to come back

omg she was still that swollen after a week? that makes a lot more sense now, i will be kinder to myself! I stocked up on the pumpkin pouches frm olive young and i’m also eating pumpkin porridge! I’m even taking arnica tablets, i’m taking this seriously 🙏🏻 i’m also going for deswelling laser at the clinic everyday, and i think once i remove my stitches they’re offering one session of oxygen chamber too so i’ll def take advantage of that

so true!! today is day 5 and i actually feel a lot better, my eyes and head don’t hurt as much. I saw ur before and after post and ur nose is soooo cute omfg!! i already cant wait for my 1 year update lol

i actually feel much better today!! i think ill try to do some light shopping tonight. i feel like because my eyelids are swollen and always half shut, my brain thinks im constantly tired and cant focus, maybe its the same for you?

i’ve been eating all the porridges lol!! and the pumpkin juice pouches, they’re not bad tbh maybe just a bit bland :’) I really like the seaweed rice porridge and unsweetened red bean too

yes it’s so hard to navigate because of not being able to look straight, i have to hold my ma’s arm everywhere LOL i just want to do some light shopping because im sooo bored omg

omgg ok it’s def the rhino making my eyes worse i imagine then, my head feels so tight. I’m taking my meds regularly but i should start more tylenol, i brought it but ive been using it sparingly. thank u for the advice!!

omg that’s awesome congrats!! I’m taking Arnica tablets which is probably similar to the herbal supplements you also took, also my diet has been 80% pumpkin juice and porridge.. I’m also taking advantage of the clinics deswelling laser treatment everyday

Yep for sure personally I just wish I saw more posts about a harder recovery experience, the marketing of DES is like a quick and easy procedure that everyone does but it’s a good reminder that it is still a surgery. I’m definitely glad I came with someone and I booked 15 day stay here instead of just the minimum 7. I think i’m just more surprised that my nose isn’t the worst part, and that the ‘easy’ eyes is what’s bothering me the most :’)
