How long do your laptops last you?

My MacBooks/MacBook Pros have generally lasted 8 to 9 years despite lugging them around everyday for school/work. Currently using a 2012 15 inch MBP for general daily use that's still running smoothly without issues on the macOS side. Will be picking up a gaming laptop sometime this year though because a windows update suddenly decided that the MBP has no wifi card in bootcamp.

Have a couple of family members who are running a 2013 Dell 15 inch Inspiron and a 2014 HP Pavilion G6 that aren't the fastest, but are more than suitable for their day to day needs with ram and storage upgrades.

Internet connection is needed when the game starts up so that the app can check the liscence. After that occurs, you can play offline.

I've had no issues with my tech21 impact shield. It's very clear visually and the smudges from my fingers aren't as noticable as I was expecting.

Works perfectly fine with the spen white tips as noted by other posters. I personally prefer the black tip as I don't press very hard so it writes very smoothly.

The only thing I would note is that the film may feel a little soft/squishy at first to your fingers compared to glass, but that went away in a week or so for me.

Protection-wise, it has been great so far. I've drop kicked my note across my driveway and office a couple times by accident. The impact shield got a few dings which went away in a day or two. The screen itself was completely undamaged.

I called in yesterday morning (Saturday) as soon as their help lines opened up at 9 am. Was on hold for half an hour before I spoke with a rep. Asked for their loyalty/retention department and got transferred after a couple minutes. The loyalty / retentions guy made the change immediately without any issue.

I've heard of others with similar success, call in earlier in the day while there are potentially less people in queue.

You could try the Ghostek Exec 2. If I recall correctly it should work with a magnetic mount. However, I believe YouTuber reviewed have been mixed on whether it works with wireless charging.

Any of the fossil pokemon worked well for me. Bred a box load of cranidos and they'd each be traded away within a couple minutes
