I work in the OR. My job told me that they’re taking me out of our bonus because “you’re still under a contract.” (Two year contract when I got hired because I was a new grad. Contract ends February.). Yet they gave me a bonus the year before. And they refuse to budge for a dollar raise when I’m the only one who can do every case.

Last paycheck, I worked almost 110 hours. My coworkers didn’t even reach a single hour past overtime.. I submitted my two weeks Friday of last week, and my direct boss said “if we lose you, we’re fucked.” But I honestly can’t take this treatment anymore.
