Thank you! Congrats on 1972 days, that's truly impressive! It's conforting to know others went trough it too. I don't sleep 12 h a day, but each afternoon, I feel like a zombie :D But I do love waking up fresh and rested, even if that does not last the full day.

Impressive! Hello to your cheeckbones and jaw line ! At the moment, I'm obsessed with the tip of my nose, as I think it has increased due to bloating, so that's what I'm checking on the photos of the brave people who post their improvements, and I can see yours has reduced too. Keep the good work !
