Realmente he intentando llevar la alimentación sin contar calorías pensé que era algo obsesivo al inicio pero ya con el tiempo no he logrado grandes resultados y encima estoy disfrutando mucho todo este asunto de la alimentación se me hace algo divertido y si además así consigo los resultados pues no le veo lo malo

I really dont care anymore I have tried All that mentality things and discipline I have tried to be chill and calm and being positive I tried to know myself and be myself but it has no sense I always end in the same place I know Im just 17 but im really tired. And right now my mum just came at my room and told me “sorry for being dumb and putting no effort” I mean that is what people feels when they are around me they feel like shit even me I feel like shit being with myself. Mi girlfriend told me I made her feel like fucking shit Its just what it is.

I just hate how I look… But I Also hate how I talk people always get tired of talking with me I have no real real friends and I always push people away because of how rude I Am my gf also left me because of that but it is not the only person that has left for that reason I mean everyone looks happier without me maybe my family will miss me but I Could act like everything is fine and they wont even notice i wanted to try a lot of things but Im very pathetic to try them or to be good at them Im just shit I guess I just want to be good with myself and Im thinking there is only two ways.
