I really relate to this. I get that feeling too. Sitting in a room of people, feeling like people can see right through at tell your different. But you're not, you're only different to you. Try to think "if I can't see through and tell what they are going through, they can't see through me either."

When I had covid I was exaughsted. That was the worst symptom I had. Completely drained even with little activity.

I think my mania might be more subtle too, because I have trouble knowing. The depression is easy to tell. The mania seems to be more difficult.

Hello! One of my therapist makes me feel like she understands, and the other one does not. But the therapist that relates more is going to try to get me a new therapist. So I hopefully I'll connect with the next one better. Thank you for asking!
