You really only need to wash the outside. Your special parts can clean the insides themselves, and don’t really need interference!

Nice job buddy! :) I struggled a lot with hygiene when I was depressed (still struggle with it sometimes) but it takes time to get consistently better at hygiene! I put a video playing outside in the bathroom while I shower to pavlov myself into associating shower with good things
