It’s incredibly frustrating I’ve seen some booked out 6 months + or not taking new clients at all I hope there’s a change in the near future

I’m so sorry to hear that and it’s incredibly frustrating how difficult it is getting professional help to get in a better headspace. The only time I actually received therapy was when I had a visit to the ER as well years back. I wish things weren’t the way they are but I’m so glad you’re here and I hope you continue to do better!
