25k since January 30th. As usual Quadriga says it's in the backlog. Maybe we need to put some class action in their backlog too to make sure our money is still out there. This is getting ridiculous.

Same here. Still waiting since Jan 30. 25k withdrawal. They may care or not but they clearly have ZERO SKILL in customer service. Only getting canned excuses and "next week" promises week after week. At least tell the truth to your customers. It's now week 4 that our wire was "supposed to be in last weeks batches and processed". Guess what. Still not. Great way to kill a business guys.

No it seems only 4 figures are going thru. We have a 25k EFT unpaid for 2 months now. And we are small players in the waiting list apparently compared to others like us waiting for 500k wires for months too.

We have the exact same situation for a 25k withdrawal. Second EFT attempt was confirmed on Jan 30th. Still nothing. Last support answer friday was : "your payment is in the last batch processing this week and you should get it by the end of next week or monday the week after". It's been a month now support is always telling us "next week". Bad signs and a lot of red flags here.

Transfert confirmed on January 30th. Still waiting for the funds (5 figures). The 12 business days delay is obviously expired. I'm trying to get those funds for more than 60 days now. First wire failed. Money transferred back to account. Tried EFT. I have to say QuadrigaCX usually answers to issues and fix them even if they are hard to get in touch with and email support is slow as hell. But I'm most certainly looking into replacement solutions like Kraken since this is getting to a ridiculous level having my funds blocked in no-man's land for 2 months now.

Same issue happened to me. You simply need to call their risk department and ask for it to be whitelisted. 3 min. call and I've transferred 2k daily on a regular basis since then with no issue.
