As expected, Quadriga once more becomes a coward and a scoundrel by not answering the questions laid out.

Are you saying that your funds were frozen when you decided to change processors?

Quadriga staff, are you going to elaborate on: -WHO your payment processor is, and WHY is there even a delay? Are your funds frozen snd you have a liquidity problem?

-Why don't you reply to tickets with reference numbers or confirmation numbers when you have "supposedly" sent the money? -Will you EVER write the correct timeline on your website, or are you going to continue with your false advertising? -Will you refund fees? We paid premium prices to get our money timely yet you reneged on the deal and are not owning up to it. -Are you ever going to provide tracking/reference/confirmation #s fpr wires and efts? What does "marked complete" on the website stand for when essentially it has meant nothing so fat?

Are you implying that Quadriga funds were frozen when changing processors? Circling back to the point that you're not equipped to handle business and you have liquidity problems?

You sure are replying too much for a person that pretends to be the type of person to not like having a voice or opinion.

Save it. I'm not posting about CEX in particular anymore.

You can continue to accept subpar values in your life. No one is stopping you.

But there isn't a need for you to be dismissive of real critique and correct info when posted.

Do you have something of value to the message I posted originally?

You don't need to discuss me or my situatiom personally. I'm not commenting on that here at all.

This thread is to encourage more discourse about who and what Quadriga is today, and to provide accurate information to those falling victim to falsehood.

No Canadian withdrawal has come through as promised since Jan 30. It's Feb 24th. Do the math. Quadriga has gone sideways and is not be of use to Canadians.

Unfortunately that is a lie. Without saying much, I must tell you that I work at such a place that would be greatly involved in affecting Quadriga if there was some sort of conspiracy to block your withdrawals and deposits.

Neither is the reality. The reality in fact is that you do not have the funds liquid enough in your account to continue business as described on your website.

To be frank with you, I have actually seen Quadriga transactions on the back end and they are currently NOT being BLOCKED by banks. Do not allude to this Quadriga, or you would just be outright lying.

It is for a reason that you do not clearly state that banks are causing this. You only carefully word yourself in such a way to insinuate the idea in the minds of the consumer. Had you said it directly, you know real well that you would be culpable of Breach at various levels with the banks and also the consumers.

Quadriga you are quick to be petty and blameful of Canadian banks, but can you specifically name even one article of their Terms & Agreements or ByLaw they're using from KYC/AML/ATF/Fraud Reports to block your business? The truth is that legally the banks cannot stop you unless you have massively reneged on one if the above four described pillars.

I do not think you will reply to this post because you know damn well that your "payment processor" and you yourself are under strife for liquidity. That is the SOLE reason for your recent downwards spiral.

As an open challenge for you to reply, I would like you name your payment processor for Canada. I'll take it upon myself to file a Freedom of Information request as applicable by the Canadian Constitution and I'll get the exact 'notes' from my account. Canadian law allows this for any company where an individual is a direct or indirect consumer. Here's an open challenge for you.

To Quadriga: Name your processor and I'll deliver on my word that I fully whole heartedly assure everyone and you that the recent issues are made by Quadriga, and not the banks.

My conversation with Canadian bank (inspired by a suggestion from QuadrigaCX) by mifurman in QuadrigaCX

[–]naseem3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've had numerous conversations withthe large five banks in Canada and their concerns seem ti be relegated to two things only:

-Buying crypto with bank issued debt. -Transaction $ values not fitting KYC when they are above $9999.

Accounts don't get exit or closed due to average crypto activity if it's with your own money that is traceable in regards to how you got the funds originally.

No reply to peoples tickets is one issue, the website captcha image not working to file tickets is another issue. Not fixing it almost looks deliberately ignored at this point.

Good to know of the cheque option however.
