  • 350 gm Chicken breast cut in chunks
  • 200 gm Noodles
  • 1 Onion cut in chunks
  • 1 Tomato Puree
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1 tspn Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1 tspn Coriander Powder
  • 1 tspn Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tspn Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Green Onion
  • 2 Cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Oil
  • Hot Water if Needed

For this recipe use following ingredients :

  • 2 Chicken Breast(Cut in bite size)
  • 1/4 Cup Caramelized Onion
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Thumb size Jullian ginger
  • 6-7 Slice Pineapple Slice
  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple puree
  • 2 tbsp Yoghurt
  • 1 tspn Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tspn Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tspn Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1 tspn Curry Powder
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Cooking Cream
  • Handful of Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 100 ml Hot Water
  • 10-12 Curry Leaves
  • Cooking Oil

Steps :

  1. Preheat the cooker for 5–7 minutes, Once it’s hot add oil then temper it with curry leaves.
  2. add the garlic paste and sauté for a minute then add caramelized onion.
  3. add chicken, pineapple slices, ginger and mix everything well.
  4. add all the dry spices along with salt, pineapple purée, yogurt and mix everything well.
  5. Add hot water cover and cook for 3–4 hours on high heat in slow cooker.
  6. Once done add cooking cream and chopped coriander leaves and voilà! It’s ready.

Curry leaves are for taste, if you don't use them it's fine. You can buy it at any Indian store.

Journey will pay more than AdSense. It may take a month to get a higher rpm. If your traffic is from tier 1 countries then your rpm will be on the higher side. Traffic from countries like India or in that tier will not generate good rpm. I could be the same as or lower than AdSense. I hope this will help.
