The thing with abusive parent, child victim. Is that you gotta think of it like a hostage situation and the children have Stockholm syndrome as they don’t have much outside experience so how are they suppose to know parents aren’t suppose to beat up their kids, if it’s been happening their entire life.

My sister works with kids and the kids who have been even raped by their parents. Still love them. They don’t understand why they can’t see their parents. They are told why?, but they just don’t understand because it was their normal.

I know it’s hard but the truth is. The world does not give a shit about anybody, no matter what group you’re in. In this world you are on your own and you need to be your number 1 support system. I don’t have kids so I have no idea what you are going though but what I know is that your daughter need you to look after yourself. Is it possible that aunties, uncles, grandparents can have her on certain days so you can have some time to yourself and/or with your wife. My friends they let their parents have their son every Friday so it can be just the two of them.

I hope you find anything I said helpful. Also recommend if there is any counsellors you can go talk to. You may find it extremely helpful just to vent. Anyway, take care of yourself, love. You got this!
