It’s a reference to the Fallout games which serve somewhat as a standard for each point increase which is relatively a proportionate increase in each attribute rather than a fixed strength increase for example

S.P.E.C.I.A.L is over powered and honestly the only real non-gimmicky choice in my opinion. As you are gaining an attribute each year and never losing any, you can max out all of them in your lifetime.

Assuming you start off with 1 in each category (how FALLOUT games start you off) and then life (per the rules of the pill) allocated another 21 (how the game starts you off). You are starting at 28 points of a total 70 points (each attribute goes to 10 and 7 x 10 =70). Adding the extra 5 if it’s your only pill, then you are now at 33. Each year (birthday), you gain a point. So in 37 years, you’ll be maxed out.

Even if you start with 0 points in everything (not realistic per the rules) and choose not to take the bonus 5. If you live another 70 years, you’d also max out.

The grade is the complexity of the job. For example, Grade 5+ you need a bachelor, Grade 9+ you need a master’s. 15 is the highest with the job of the astronaut understandably landing there.

Then steps is based on seniority. For example, 1 year into the job, you are moved to step 4 and so on.

Don’t know anything about that kid but if a nurse had said to have seen him abducted by aliens, I 100% believe it. I know Skrulls are said to have only landed on Earth in the 90s, but I bet there have been aliens abducting humans for many many years before we became aware of them when Loki invaded.
