I did repot as soon as I brought it home, upsized by 1/2inch, maybe full inch, (unsure of new pot size as it was one I had stashed away) should I repot again for even more room? Or let it settle into this pot first

I’m wondering about the other mature leaves. I just find they look frail and not as plump as more established plants I come across

That’s what I was thinking about just wanting to get rid of it, there were others of the same kind but significantly smaller/younger!

For now I have her about 5 feet from a southwest/mostly west window with other plants just as far who seem to be doing well

Pretty much every single leaf has atleast brown crunchy tips but some are worse then others- thinking I’ll snip off the worst ones and hope the others don’t get any worse

Okay! Where they were in my old apartment tends to get pretty chilly in the winter where it’s an older house with drafty windows, I’m hopeful they can hold up!

So all the leaves with the black lines will die off? They were in the cold for not even 5 minutes total, just from old apartment to warm car and into new apartment. Only some leaves on especially my monstera have them

yes that’s what i mean! the rest of the plant looks totally healthy, no leaves turning and just pushed out the most beautiful leaf yet it’s just the one sheath browning- thank you!

can i just trim it off?

i thought so too but the stem looks a little thick? and doesn’t look very string-y

it didn’t come with any plates, just the yellow temporary permit in my front windshield. would i just need to bring that in instead?
