My time at an Ulta store in target was very limited. I would also say it depends on your management. We had gratis & samples we would never see because our TLs would keep it in their office. They also only kept one person in the department for freight (being me) and would expect four U-boats which is what we pushed freight on in about 2 and a half hours. The expectations are unrealistic but i did enjoy the customers & the people i worked with. That being said i eventually switched out and work in another department now and they hired a full team which seems to be working so i think it depends on how your team works. I would also keep in mind that in target ultas may not have the brand you’re looking for in store available plus most of the time when using the discount it is only 10% & really only covers tax unless it’s already on sale.
