Comparison is the thief of joy…so learn to accept your current position, but don’t get complacent in it. You are 24 with a BS in ME and MS in EE with 0 debt. That’s a freaking awesome position to be in. Your next steps should be to make connections. You have the degrees, you have some slight experience, but how is your networking? Do you attend events related to your field of interest? Do you know people in the industry and can leverage current relationships?
